Conference fees include: full-time access to the conference and the exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch, printed proceedings and simulator demonstrations.
The guided tours to the simulators of Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics, Daimler AG and Stuttgart University (FKFS) are available for a limited number of subscribers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students contributing to the conference either as 1st authors or paper/poster presenters should apply as "Student". Of course, any student (also non-contributing) is welcome to attend and can apply as "Student".
The conference dinner is offered by the main sponsor OPTIS to all registered participants. Accompanying persons (max 1 per participant) can join the dinner at the cost of 50€ (to be paid by the participant during the online registration).
How to register
Each participant must register individually online via the DSC 2015 conference management system and follow the registration procedure indicated online.
Please note: you will need to log in to your DSC 2015 account. If you have NOT already created an account before (e.g. for your paper submission), please create a new one here.
Discounted fees "Contributor" and "Invited" are reserved for small groups of users. If you belong to one of these groups, you will receive by email a discount code to be used in the registration procedure. If you are in the position to have access to these fees, and you don't have a code, please contact us at contact@dsc2015.org.
Participants applying for the "Student" fee must upload a copy of their student card or any other document to prove their current student status (pdf and jpg files are accepted).
At least one author of each finally accepted paper/poster has to register and pay before June 30, 2015 to warrant publication of the contribution in the conference proceedings.
Payment methods and Terms
Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Payment by bank transfer will NOT be possible after 9 September 2015. Later registration and payment (including on-site) will be possible only by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). On-site registration is strongly discouraged.
The registration is binding. The participation fees are owed upon registration. All payments must be in Euro (EUR). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
A processing fee of 60 Euro is applied for registration cancellation before 31 July 2015. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective: no refund after 31 July 2015.
The conference program may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the participants. Registrations remain valid if the conference is postponed.
